The Shun Classic Series unites centuries-old Japanese Samurai blacksmithing with today's modern and technically-sophisticated manufacturing processes.

The Kai Shun Classic carving fork is the perfect accompaniment with the carving knife when needing to slice poultry, fish, beef, lamb and other food items.

Designed with exact curves and very sharp points to be able to hold meat in place as it gets carved. The two prongs are made from durable, high-quality steel to make it easy to carve and then plate the slices.

The slim handle made of durable pakkawood is fashioned in a traditional Japanese chestnut shape. High quality resins added to the wood make the material particularly resilient and resistant to moisture. Its typical chestnut shape ensures a comfortable and secure grip whilst cutting, thanks to a small rim on its right side. The integrated tang boosts stability and balance.

Made in Japan.
