 Use and care:

• Hand wash the pan prior to using for the first time.
• To clean your pan use hot soapy water with a soft cloth or brush or soak.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scourers. 
• Always match the diameter of the pan to that of the cooking plate
• Never heat an empty pan. 
• Be careful of overheating by heating slowly until the pan is at the right temperature.
• Use only fats and oils that are suitable for high temperatures to avoid burning and sticking.
• Avoid using metal utensils on the pan as scratching or cutting on the surface may damage the non-stick coating.
